Vinificação: The grapes were selected and totally disengaged with the fermentation to occur in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 24oC. This reserve reconciles structure and elegance in a lot of the two most prestigious Portuguese castes with the French Syrah. Six-month internship in French oak barrels.
Solo: The soils are clayey in nature, with some clayey stains and good drainage. The wide slopes at the foot of the Serra de Montejunto privilege an excellent sun exposure and its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean gives it a natural acidity.
