Winemaking: This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best grapes and the fruit of a perfect harmony between new techniques and tradition. The harvest is manual and made for small boxes, the winemaking is carried out by the method of pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures.
Phase: The wine is in stainless steel vats for 4 tables, in the presence of fine lees, before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of the cold.
