Enology
Winemaking: Manual selection of grapes at the winery entrance. Total Desengace, and cold maceration maceration of 8 hours. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in French oak barrels light toast, temperature controlled of 15 º C.
Gastronomy
Excellent to accompany spicy charcuterie, baked fish-based delicacies, grilled white meats or steakhouse and soft cheeses.
