Enology
Winemaking: Total desengace, prolonged but mild maceration maceration and alcoholic fermentation at temp. of 26 º C and in robotized stainless steel lagares Phase: 9 months of training in new barrels of French oak.
Gastronomy
Excellent for accompanying baked fish-based delicacies, grilled red meats or with well-structured sauces, hunting and cheeses.
