Aroma: Very concentrated. With balsamic notes of oak, fig, black plunes and tobacco. |
Flavor: Full-bodied, firm, ripe with acetinate tannins. Mineral notes and a complex and persistent end very elegant.
Winemaking: The grapes fermented for 10 days in oak barrels (capacity of 4 tons) with temperature control and reassembly with robot.
Phase: This wine has aged in new barrels of 225lt of French oak for 18 months.
