Winemaking: After receiving the grapes, they will be able to reach the winery in perfect condition, its crushing and desengace is effected. They brew 3 to 4 days with the films, regularly immersed by remounts, for greater extraction of color and aromas. The following is the separation of the films of the wort and in this is added wine brandy to 77% v/V, so that the wines present 19.5% of alcohol and 90 to 120 g/L of reducing sugars of the grape itself. Ageing occurs in small-capacity barrels and wooden hulls (kites and half kites).
