Gastronomy: We recommend the two Quintas Reserve 2016 with hunting dishes, especially hare or Boar civet, and also with red meats. It is excellent with roasted cod on the grill, with roasted goat in the taphumin and with lamb leg in the oven. As a vegetarian dish, it harmonizes perfectly with cannelloni of Boletus edulis. Try also with cured sheep cheese.
