Full-bodied, with good structure, fresh and mineral. It ends long with slight citric bitter bitter of the Alvarinho grape variety.

Winemaking: Pressing of the whole grape disenged. Alcohol/alcohol cold Clarification 48h. 12.5% v/V long fermentation at low temperature: 14-20 º C. Phase: Minimum stage of 6 months on fine Lees.
