Enology
Winemaking: The grapes were fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15 º C. Fine alcoholic fermentation the wine is sulfitado and is in storage until bottling. Until then it has only natural stabilization and a slight filtration so as to maintain all its aromatic potential and structure.
