Winemaking: Fermentation in granite lagares with mechanical Pisa. After fermentation, with about a week of tanning, the wine was for stainless steel vats, where it sedimed the suspended solids. The bottling was done in February 2017, after slight gluing and filtration. It was stabilized by the natural cold of two winters and could therefore form a faint precipitate with time, which in no harm the quality of the wine.
