Well-defined Aromas, with ripe red fruits and berries of the forest in evidence. Very fresh in the mouth, with tannins engaging and firm. It ends persistent and intense.

Enology
Winemaking: This wine was fermented in small-capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24oC.
Soil: The soils are clayey in nature, with some clay-sandy stains and good drainage. The wide slopes at the foot of the Serra de Montejunto privilege an excellent sun exposure and its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean gives it a natural acidity.
